Also, I was keen to... read more mediate in this beautiful and cozy space. And it went beyond my expectations! My meditation experience went to the next level! I was able to connect with my family who live in a different country and give healing to them, which happened to me for the first time. Usually, I was focused on myself in my meditation but this time I felt like I needed to give love to my family who needed it most. Also, I was able to see some details from their early childhood that caused a lot of pain and trauma to them. I highly recommend this space to everyone who explores spirituality and wants to do some inner work. The space is so nice, clean and every details is well-thought. Recliners are super comfortable, headphones and media players with mediations are provided. Plenty of alkalised water and teas and the amenities are great. You can feel from the very first second that this place is run by people who deeply care about everything that they do. I will definitely come back when I need to get this special experience and I look forward to appreciating the health effects of this experience.

I have had a few sessions prior coming to the EES center in Gladesville but I never tried a sleep over. BOOKED FOR MYSELF AND FAMILY FOR A FEW NIGHTS... read more OVER A 3 WEEK PERIOD. 1 NIGHT 10 HRS 1X WEEK 30 hrs in total Location is ideal space, parking and wheel chair access not a problem available on the premises. Toilet and Shower (updated) facilities for the overnight sleep overs available, towels provided. Bring your own toiletries. kitchenet with bar fridge was also available just outside the room, free tea all night. STAFF friendly and obliging to help on all matters at hand there and then. THE ROOM itself fits 5-6, we were 6 which fit comfortably, slept all night in the cozy space created. EAR PLUGS provided for the annoying Relos who snored all night. 24 units in a medium size room powerful enough to feel the waves there is a bit of heat coming from the screens so A/C REMOTE at your own disposal. EES EXPERIANCE from my personal view point, having done 12 hrs before coming in, I found the 2 hr sessions a day 2-3 x week beneficial for pain/swelling and general ailments improve days after the session. As for sleep overs I found my self more energized the longer I stayed in the room and the more alert wide awake and energetic I felt. I had to run for about an hr to burn off all that energy. (great for athletes) my mother in her 70's had the same problem too much energy, had to do physical work to burn it off. Overall having past the detox phase during the first few session of scaler waves i feel rejuvenated and rested ready for marathon when walking out of the center. I was in there for 2 hours and as I sat in the most comfortable recliner all I heard was my heart beating, it was so amplified. I heard my inner soul/Highest Spirit to let go and surrender to the process. I did exactly that and the visions in my third eye was incredible. Firstly I felt my hands tingle they got so warm it felt like I was been touched by the lights of the monitors. As I have RA, joints are chronically painful. I felt no pain and as I started letting go and enjoying every second I felt myself floating. It was such a serene and blissful feeling. I felt every bone in my body twitch, especially my upper body. Different visions were seen. One vision was an area that was filled with water, then I saw a child with her uniform running, she felt so free and happy. After the 2hrs was over I needed to ground myself as I was so spaced out. It felt I wasn't in my body yet. I had to rest and have a glass of water before driving home. As I drove home my vision was so clear it was as if I could see right through the sky, everything infront of me looked beautiful, the trees, the clouds, the sky, the birds. Such an amazing sensation. I have been to the Sydney Energy Healing Hub on several occasions and each time it has been a very pleasant and relaxing experience. Staff is superfriendly and accomodating and... read more the whole set up of the centre is just beautiful with lots of love and thought given to details for the comfort of visitors. There is a choice of beds and recliners to rest on and blankets, earplugs, eye covers, headphones and PM3 players with music and meditation are provided, even writing pads. There is a tangibly silent and still space when enering the room with the EESystem monitors that I experience as gounding and it usually takes me pretty instantly into a very deep and restful sleep that make 2 hours pass in a flash. The days after I can still feel subtle shifts in my energy and have better sleep. There is also a little waiting and chill out room with a couch and free tea and water and it is nice to have an opportunity to slowly come back into the world and meet and have a chat with the other people who also had a session. I am looking forward to my next session there.

My wife who has experienced daily nausea after eating for years, now has no nausea! We have also experienced a foot injury heal, and overall anxiety levels decreased.
