I have been to the Sydney Energy Healing Hub on several occasions and each time it has been a very pleasant and relaxing experience. Staff is superfriendly and accomodating and... read more the whole set up of the centre is just beautiful with lots of love and thought given to details for the comfort of visitors. There is a choice of beds and recliners to rest on and blankets, earplugs, eye covers, headphones and PM3 players with music and meditation are provided, even writing pads. There is a tangibly silent and still space when enering the room with the EESystem monitors that I experience as gounding and it usually takes me pretty instantly into a very deep and restful sleep that make 2 hours pass in a flash. The days after I can still feel subtle shifts in my energy and have better sleep. There is also a little waiting and chill out room with a couch and free tea and water and it is nice to have an opportunity to slowly come back into the world and meet and have a chat with the other people who also had a session. I am looking forward to my next session there.

I didn’t have many health issues I wanted to resolve but I was very keen to feel more energised as I get exhausted very quickly. Also, I was keen to... read more mediate in this beautiful and cozy space. And it went beyond my expectations! My meditation experience went to the next level! I was able to connect with my family who live in a different country and give healing to them, which happened to me for the first time. Usually, I was focused on myself in my meditation but this time I felt like I needed to give love to my family who needed it most. Also, I was able to see some details from their early childhood that caused a lot of pain and trauma to them. I highly recommend this space to everyone who explores spirituality and wants to do some inner work. The space is so nice, clean and every details is well-thought. Recliners are super comfortable, headphones and media players with mediations are provided. Plenty of alkalised water and teas and the amenities are great. You can feel from the very first second that this place is run by people who deeply care about everything that they do. I will definitely come back when I need to get this special experience and I look forward to appreciating the health effects of this experience.

Such an incredible experience in the healing hub!

My 10 year old daughter had an emergency operation to remove her appendix. 4 days later I took her to experience the EESystem in a 4 hour session, she was... read more recovering well but needed around the clock Panadol and Nurofen, walking hunched to protect her tummy, very conscious of her wounds. On the way home, she was giggling as she was feeling tingles in the wound areas. The next day, my girl had no pain and was no longer on pain meds, standing straight and acting relaxed due to no more pain. I, on the other hand was coming for emotional issues a few months ago, moving through emotional pain. Being a health coach and healer myself, I’m aware of the tools and techniques to pull ones self out of a dark state, however this takes time and consistency and is hardest in a such a state. The Eesystem aligned me energetically and gave me a boost that allowed me maintain consistency in getting up at 5am, hitting the gym, being organised with meal prep and doing my morning ritual of meditation etc! I was feeling like my old self, but wasn’t quite right, still a massive improvement though. I attended a second 4hr session where Suzy offered an intuitive energy reading of my energy centres. As I’m usually the one holding this space, it was bliss and a blessing to receive her gifts and insight! She detected all that I was having issues with: •Emotional pain •Grief •Abandonment •Needing to Forgive •Time to fulfil life purpose Everything I’d been experiencing and thinking. You are provided with noise cancelling headphones and access to peaceful music or guided meditations. I brought my own eye mask which I’m glad I did as the light may be distracting to some. During the session I felt transported to a deep meditative state. After the experience, it took some time to return to ‘reality’, but I was blissfully relaxed for the remainder of the day. It’s hard to say if I felt any immediate healing effects. However I’m looking forward to returning again and to see the benefits long term for the body and soul.
