I had a healing session with Loren, and she was absolutely amazing. I was experiencing a tremendous amount of grief after the COVID lockdowns and felt like I was carrying the world on my shoulders. Loren has a very unique blend of skills and is a very lovely person. Having worked as a nurse for a number of years, Loren has a relatively logical and scientific approach to things, which she complements with a blend of mainstream and holistic modalities. She is as holistic as you want her to be and seems to be able to tailor her approach to what you want. I was curious to experience her healing modalities and she was able to cut the cords between me and my ex which were creating an energy drain on me. I experienced a discernible shift after the cords were cut. She also has the ability to see energy – which is actually pretty amazing! I think that a lot of people are looking for alternatives outside of the “mainstream” and Loren would be a great person for pretty much anyone to work with.

I had a session with Loren and as soon as I walked into the room I felt at ease and comfortable with her. She listened to my main worries and concerns and helped me make sense of why I may have felt that way. She also helped me to see how past experiences were leading to my current actions and reactions.

After my session I had an almost immediate release of stress and a feeling of deep relaxation. She cut the ties of stress and even people which I no longer need in my life which in turn has helped me to align with the right people, the right opportunities and opened new doors to walk through.

She gave me handwritten affirmations to take home after the session and even though I’m not the type of person who would normally say affirmations I have been saying them every day and I have noticed positive changes in my life.
