Membership Terms & Conditions

Membership Eligibility

  • Membership is available to individuals aged 18 years or older.
  • Membership is non-transferable and cannot be shared with others.

Enrolment and Fees

  • Membership fees are charged monthly and will be automatically debited from the payment method provided upon enrolment.
  • Members may upgrade or downgrade their membership tier once within a 12-month period.
  • Prices are inclusive of GST.

Membership Tiers

  • Bronze Membership: $99/month, includes 1 x 2-hour session/month, 15% discount on products, events, and guest speaker sessions, and discounted overnight sessions at $600/night.
  • Silver Membership: $175/month, includes 2 x 2-hour sessions/month, 20% discount on products, events, and guest speaker sessions, and discounted overnight sessions at $500/night.
  • Gold Membership: $300/month, includes 4 x 2-hour sessions/month, 30% discount on products, events, and guest speaker sessions, 1 free group energy healing session with Suzy, and discounted overnight sessions at $450/night.

Benefits and Services

  • Members are entitled to benefits outlined in their membership tier.
  • Family Plan: A 10% discount applies when enrolling more than one direct family member.
  • Referral Program: One free 2-hour session is provided for each successful referral who joins the program.
  • Unused sessions can roll over to the following month but are forfeited if membership is cancelled.

Cancellation and Freezing of Membership

  • Memberships have a minimum term of 1 month. After this period, members can cancel at any time with at least 30 days' written notice.
  • Members may freeze their membership for a maximum of two months per calendar year due to travel, health, or other valid reasons, provided the request is made in writing. Membership freezes are not permitted in the first month of enrolment.

Refunds

  • Members have a right to cancel within the first 4 weeks if they change their mind and are entitled to a refund of any unused portion of their membership in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
  • Refunds for any prepaid benefits or services will be issued in line with ACL requirements and must be requested in writing.

Changes to Membership Terms

  • Sydney Energy Healing Hub reserves the right to make reasonable changes to membership terms, benefits, or fees. Members will be provided with at least 30 days' notice of any changes that may affect them.

Termination of Membership

  • Membership may be terminated for breach of terms, including inappropriate behaviour or non-payment of fees, or any other reasonable grounds.
  • Members will receive written notice prior to termination, except in cases involving serious misconduct.

Privacy and Data Protection

  • Sydney Energy Healing Hub complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and will collect, store, and use member information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
  • Members have the right to access their personal data and request corrections if required.

Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, Sydney Energy Healing Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of membership benefits or services.
  • Members agree to use the services and facilities responsibly and in accordance with any instructions or guidelines provided.

Dispute Resolution

  • If a dispute arises in connection with the membership, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved, the matter may be referred to mediation or other dispute resolution mechanisms as required under NSW law.
